Unless clearly stated, no stands are included in the price and all cakes come as standard on a white cake board without ribbon.
Standard Flavours: All our standard flavours contain wheat flour (gluten), eggs and milk, and may contain soya and sulphites. All our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts.
Wheat-Free Flavours: This product may contain traces of gluten. It is NOT suitable for people with coeliac disease as it is made in a kitchen that also handles wheat.
Please be aware that all of our products are made in a kitchen which handles wheat flour (gluten), dairy, eggs, soya and nuts. While we try to limit any cross-contamination, there is a risk a product may have come into contact with one of these allergens.

All celebration cakes are for collection only from our studio free of charge. All collections have a 30-minute time slot and this must be adhered to.
We advise delivery and setup on all 3 tiered wedding cakes. This will incur an extra charge which is calculated at checkout.
All online wedding bookings are delivered in and around Birmingham, if you require delivery outside of Birmingham, please contact us directly.
Delivery of your wedding cake should be 1 hour or more before guest arrival – We will not set up your wedding cake if guests have arrived due to health and safety issues.
Please also note if your wedding is after 3pm or in the city centre there is an extra charge.
We have a minimum spend of £175 to be eligible for delivery, if you require delivery on a 2-tier cake and your order meets our minimum spend then please contact us prior to booking.
When travelling all cakes should be stored flat and secure. In warm weather, aircon must be used to help keep the cake cool.
All cakes should be stored in an odourless fridge. Please remember to remove the cake from the fridge approximately 3 hours prior to eating to allow the cake to come to room temperature.
Our cakes are best eaten as soon as possible after being cut as the sponge will begin to dry when in contact with the air.
Cakes should ideally be consumed within 3 days of delivery.
Once the cake is cut we advise storing it in an air-tight container to ensure freshness and quality is maintained.

Most of our cakes are 3 layers of sponge and measure approximately 5-7 inches tall so can be cut into smaller slices if you require.

Yes we deliver all over the UK mainland. All deliveries are subject to a fee dependant on the mileage cost from our base. We have a minimum order cost for deliveries outside of Birmingham. We also offer Uber package delivery. The minimum order total for delivery is £175. All orders under this amount need to be collected from our unit.
We provide a wide variety of flavours.

Yes, we cater for most allergies. We understand the seriousness of allergic reactions and take all types of allergies seriously, we have a 5* hygiene rating and take all necessary precautions required.
We must highlight that traces may be possible as we work in a factory that handles products such as egg, nuts etc. Please be sure to let us know of any allergies prior to booking.
Yes we provide cake stands and knives if requested at a extra cost. Please see here for further details.
Yes to reserve your slot in our diary we take a 50% non-refundable deposit. No slot is secure without a deposit.
