This class is great for beginners and professionals that would like to brush up on their piping and nozzle work. Working with fondant cutouts, edible lace, impression mats and stencils, this is a great all round class.

Learn all the skills needed to produce the best-looking cupcakes in town. Learn and use a variety of nozzles and master how to apply edible images to fondant cutouts.
Principles you will learn:
1. How to create different effects using a variety of piping nozzles.
– You will learn how to bag and colour your icing. You will learn how to correctly apply pressure using different nozzles to achieve a variety of designs which can be transferred to alternate cake designs.
2. How to core and fill.
– You will learn how to correctly core your cupcakes using various tools. You would then understand the different types of fillings and consistencies to use when filling your cupcakes.
3. Storing & Displaying.
– You will learn how to store and display your cupcakes to ensure freshness and minimal damage.
4. How to colour buttercream.
– You will learn all the basics of how to colour your buttercream, the differences in product brands and quantities to use. You will also learn all the tips and tricks on how to mature your colours such as black and red.
5. How to prepare fondant discs.
– You will learn the basics of how to prepare fondant, how to stiffen and dome your fondant for those elegant and professional designs.
6. Edible imagery on fondant.
– Here you will learn how to cut edible images using cake tools and how to best apply your edible images to fondant. You will also learn how to stencil, imprint and use edible lace to complete your bespoke self-made cupcakes.
