Kake Klub Loyalty Scheme – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 The Kake Klub Loyalty Scheme (“the Scheme”) is operated by Khalid’s Kakes (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
1.2 By joining and participating in the Scheme, customers (“you” or “members”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Scheme is open to all customers aged 16 and over.
2.2 Membership is free and requires a valid email address.
2.3 Businesses and resellers are not eligible unless agreed in writing.
3. Earning Kake Coins
3.1 Members earn 1 Kake Coin for every £1 spent on eligible purchases.
3.2 Coins are awarded after payment is completed.
3.3 Bonus coins may be awarded during promotional periods or for specific actions including, but not limited to:
- Verified reviews
- Referrals
- High-value purchases
3.4 Coins cannot be earned on:
- Cancellations or refunded orders
- Gift card purchases
3.5 Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Redeeming Kake Coins
4.1 Coins can be redeemed once the minimum threshold is reached.
4.2 Redemption tiers may include (but are not limited to):
- 50 Coins – £2 off
- 100 Coins – £5 off
- 150 Coins – £15 off
- 250 Coins – £30 off
- 500 Coins – £60 off
4.3 Coins may only be used one reward per order unless otherwise stated.
4.4 Rewards are subject to availability and may be changed at any time.
5. Expiry & Inactivity
5.1 Kake Coins expire 12 months after the date they are earned.
5.2 Accounts with no activity for 18 months may be closed and coins forfeited.
5.3 Expired coins cannot be reinstated.
6. Membership & Account Management
6.1 You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are correct.
6.2 One account per customer. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed.
6.3 Misuse or fraudulent activity (including fake referrals) will result in removal from the Scheme.
7. Returns, Refunds & Adjustments
7.1 If you receive a refund for a purchase, any coins earned from that purchase will be deducted.
7.2 If rewards are used on an order that is later refunded, the reward will not be reinstated.
7.3 Partial refunds may result in adjusted coin balances.
8. Changes to the Scheme
8.1 We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Scheme, rewards, or coin values at any time.
8.2 Any major changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
8.3 Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms & Conditions.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
9.1 Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2 We will not share your details with third parties except where required to operate the Scheme.
